Cancellation Policy:
We understand plans can change! If you need to cancel, we offer an in-store credit for the value of your ticket purchase if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not receive a store credit, but we’d be happy to transfer your ticket to a future event.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend without prior cancellation, the ticket is non-refundable, and no store credit will be issued.
Event Changes:
In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders will be notified and given the option of a full refund or rescheduling their ticket to the new date.
