We’re big fans of this sparkling blackcurrant cocktail made with only real ingredients, in the Hudson Valley!
The C.Cassis spritz brings together lightly fermented Hudson Valley blackcurrants with vibrant botanicals, citrus peel, crisp seltzer and just a touch of wild honey. It’s a simple and delicious way to enjoy the liqueur – one of our favorite things to sip anytime of the year, but especially fun during the holidays!
